Digital Technology Services asked for our help to make an instructional video showing staff how to use the lectern PCs, including how to connect their own laptop. This was in order to reduce the number of support calls that they were receiving and to make the written instructions clearer.

It is usually easier to describe and show the steps involved in a process than just describing them alone.

Client Involvement

In this case the client had a clear idea of the script and had discussed it in a working group before contacting us. They had also drafted a storyboard, booked rooms and provided someone who was familiar with the equipment to be filmed demonstrating it.
