For this project we created a pair of Google sites which helped to secure European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) accreditation (formerly EPAS) for the Sheffield Business School- the most thorough programme accreditation system for business and/or management degrees and courses, recognised globally as a benchmark for the quality of teaching and learning.
Due to Covid restrictions the assessors were not able to visit in person at the time so the resource was critical for achieving the award.
It is in two parts: a Virtual Campus Tour, and a page about the Business School's values and principles, The Hallam Model.

Potential Use Cases
The resource had a specific use for EFMD assessors. Google Sites can be used to present information and multimedia in a web format and can be quickly set up by staff.
Timescale
It took 10 days to gather all the content, edit videos and create the Google site. The site was changed extensively during this time.
Client Involvement
This project involved the accreditation team and a Course leader whose service sector courses were amongst the accredited courses. The latter created some of the information in SWAY, but we decided to use Google sites because we had created The Hallam Model Google site for the EFMD assessors, so this site used the same format and colour theme. There was a lot of editing and revisions of content, so a Google site was a good choice as it is straightforward to edit.
