The Digital Education and Service Development team provides support, advice and professional development for teaching, learning, assessment and student support through the use of digital technologies across all of the academic departments in the institution. We support key systems that underpin student success, such as Blackboard, PebblePad, Panopto, library systems and the student support CRM.
There are several different ways to get support with your digital learning queries.

School/Institute liaisons
Each college has a Principal Learning Technologist who will work with the school/institutes in that college to understand their staff development needs and digital learning priorities and help the whole team plan how to support those needs and priorities.
