There are several different ways to get support with your digital learning queries.
Our Drop-in room
Please note: in line with the University's extended festive break, the drop-in room will not be operational between Monday 23 December and Wednesday 1 January (inclusive). It will be operational on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 January between 10am and 3pm on both days.
Please enter your full name when prompted and avoid being connected to the VPN or another online meeting to avoid connection issues.

School/Institute Liaisons
Each school/institute has an associated group of staff from the Digital Learning Team who will work with the school/institute to support their specific needs.
