The Digital Learning Team provides support, advice and professional development for academic teaching and learning practice through the use of digital technologies across all of the academic departments (and, occasionally, some professional services) in the institution. We follow a set of principles to ensure that our actions are professional, efficient, effective, collaborative, developmental, and equitable.
There are several different ways to get support with your digital learning queries.
Live online support available from Monday 30 June 2025:
Mondays - 10am to 3pm
Tuesdays - 10am to 3pm
Wednesdays - 10am to 3pm
Fridays - 10am to 3pm
Please note - there will be no live online support available on Thursdays. Please see other ways to get support.

School/Institute Liaisons
Each school/institute has an associated group of staff from the Digital Learning Team who will work with the school/institute to support their specific needs.
