Please note that if you just want your video to be viewable by your module/organisation cohort, you can (and probably should) embed it on your Blackboard site via this method: How to upload to Panopto via Blackboard.
However, if you want your video to be viewed by a wider audience, you should check and alter the share settings, where needed.
