Dr Laura Dean is a Senior University Lecturer in Occupational Psychology at the University of Sheffield, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and President-Elect of the British Psychological Society. Her work focuses on inclusive teaching, digital pedagogy and authentic assessment for adult, international and non-traditional learners. She has designed accredited online modules, developed employability-focused initiatives and contributed to university frameworks on academic integrity, accessibility and learning design. Laura’s background spans education, mental health and organisational consultancy, shaping her commitment to creating teaching environments that support diverse learners and link psychological principles with practical outcomes.
