Progression to Associate Professor and Professor provides recognition of the outstanding academic achievements of our staff. In line with the work on Professorial Expectations, individuals who progress into Associate Professor and Professor roles will be expected to make a significant contribution across the broad academic endeavour, and individual objectives will be agreed through the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process.
