This is a list of staff development sessions, organised by theme, which have already been run and can be delivered on request to schools/institutes or subject areas. Creating Interactive PowerPoint Presentations 

How to maximise underused features in Microsoft PowerPoint to help gamify and add interactivity into your presentations. Learn how to use simple animation effects and slide linking to create short quizzes and games that can act as knowledge checks to accompany your content. 

Designing and delivering effective and engaging screencasts 

Could be ran as an in-person session. This course introduces the pedagogically designed screencast and draws together techniques that support the planning and design of an effective screencast for student engagement. 

PowerPoint in Panopto 

How to record your PowerPoint slides in Panopto and how to avoid pitfalls. Using presenter mode so you can read your notes, without it covering Panopto record controls.
