Wellbeing Mini-Modules

The content of the Wellbeing modules has been developed based on common issues which present at different parts of the student lifecycle, but staff might chose to promote different modules at different times based on the needs of their cohorts.

Currently there is one module recommended for Foundation year and level 4 students, but it is anticipated that these might be separated out with slightly different foci. The 5 Ways to Wellbeing will still be integral at both levels, but we would value feedback from staff (particularly those teaching foundation year students on the wellbeing issues they are commonly seeing at foundation year which is different to level 4 (if at all) 

Contents of the Wellbeing Mini-Modules:

  • 5 Ways To Wellbeing
    • Likely to be most relevant to Foundation Year and Level 4
  • Enhancing Motivation
    • Likely to be most relevant to Level 5
  • Stress Management
    • Likely to be most relevant to Level 6
  • Overcoming Perfectionism and Procrastination
    • Likely to be most relevant to Level 7
